Healthy Chinese
Ingredients:
Broccoli Florets
Asparagus Spears
Brown Rice
Trader Joe’s General Tso Stir Fry Sauce
Directions:
I buy frozen broccoli & asparagus from Trader Joe’s so start off by simply steaming in one pot (easy clean up!).  Trader Joe’s also sells frozen brown rice, which is super helpful for a working girl because it only takes 3 minutes and clean up is a snap. While you’re waiting for the broccoli & asparagus to boil, pop the brown rice packet into the microwave for 3 minutes. When the rice is done, pour some into the bottom of your Tupperware container so it covers the bottom. Then, place the broccoli & asparagus on top and pour Trader Joe’s General Tso Stiry Fry sauce over the veggies. Sometimes, because I love spicy food, I’ll substitute sriracha hot sauce for the stir fry sauce. Whatever your preference, this dish is cost effective, delicious and an excellent healthy alternative to the greasy Chinese takeout version.

Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap
Ingredients:
Hearts of Romaine
Caesar dressing
Trader Joe’s Already Cooked Marinated Chicken Strips
Parmesan cheese
And for the heat: Trader Joe’s Habanero-Lime Tortillas
Directions:
Chop up the hearts of romaine and chicken strips. Then, mix your lettuce, chicken, parmesan cheese and salad dressing in a small bowl. Scoop the desired amount of the caesar salad mix onto the open tortilla, just be sure that it won’t rip the tortilla after you fold it. This is one of my favorite quick dinners, enjoy!
